ACSweet is a registered trademark in the United States. We offer fine jewelry products to customers in the United States and globally.
These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
2. Eligibility
By using our website and placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your state of residence. You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. Products & Pricing
We offer a wide range of fine jewelry including earrings, ear studs, necklaces, rings, bracelets, anklets, toe rings, and body jewelry such as nose rings, nose studs, eyebrow rings, eyebrow studs, and lip rings.
All prices are listed in US dollars ($) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, prices for items already ordered will not be changed retroactively.
We make every effort to display product images, colors, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will perfectly reflect the actual product. Slight variations may occur.
$5 Super Plan: From time to time, we may offer select items under our $5 Super Plan. These items are subject to special terms, including but not limited to final sale status (non-returnable unless defective), limited quantities, and first-come-first-served availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the $5 Super Plan at any time.
4. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.
We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant third-party gateways. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for detailed information about processing times, shipping options, and delivery estimates. Currently, we ship to all 50 United States. Processing time is 1–3 business days. Standard shipping is free on orders over $19.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items with original packaging. Certain items, including body jewelry with broken seals and $5 Super Plan pieces, are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective. 7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product images, text, logos, graphics, and trademarks (including "ACSweet"), is our property or licensed to us and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
